By creating an account or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Creation

You must be at least 13 years of age to use most of our base layer features. Access to and use of our premium competitive cash-prize tournament applications are strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 and over, subject to local regulation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments (PayPal)

We offer tiered subscriptions (Bronze, Silver, Gold) billed on a monthly or annual basis via PayPal. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, however, we do not offer refunds for partial-month usage. Subscription perks, such as merchandise discounts, are subject to their own specific terms and conditions.

4. Code of Conduct & Fair Play

All users are expected to maintain a respectful and fair environment. Cheating, hacking, harassment, toxic behaviour, and any form of abuse are strictly prohibited within the ESPORTSARENA, on our Discord server, and across all our platforms. Our automated systems will manage roles and access based on subscription status and adherence to these rules.

5. Platform Ecosystem Terms

The NUGS ecosystem points and tracking metrics are designed purely as a gamified utility element to power our platform communities. They are not a financial investment and hold no inherent guaranteed fiat value. Information provided by our Ascent statistics app is for competitive tracking purposes only. Please review your local jurisdictional gaming requirements before competing for real-world prizes.

6. Competitive Cash-Pool Tournaments

All competitive events with real-world prize pools or entry fees are strictly for users aged 18 and over. To comply with localized laws, we implement necessary ID checks for all users wishing to deposit or withdraw prize funds. We clearly define tournament rules, payout procedures, and dispute resolution for all Arena events. We are committed to responsible gaming and provide access to self-exclusion tools.

7. Intellectual Property & User Content

All software, logos, and platform designs are the exclusive property of NUGSAU LIMITED. By uploading content (e.g., video clips, images) to our platforms like the Streamer Studio or Discord, you grant NUGSAU LIMITED a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content for promotional purposes, which is a key benefit of our Gold tier membership.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is." NUGSAU LIMITED is not liable for any losses incurred due to service interruptions, software bugs, market volatility, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
